Salesforce Community Design

Site Map / Wireframes / Visual Design

ChiroTouch is practice management software for chiropractic offices. Using Salesforce Community, the business set out to build a site for all things chiropractic.  The initial design was created by a 3rd party vendor to get the project off the ground, but proved there was more work to be done from a user experience perspective.  The initial homepage design fell short of meeting both user and business expectations.  The confusing navigation structure that prevented users to locate specific information. Additionally, it lacked a consistent visual design, failing to establish and build a brand presence.

Next Phase

The next phase focused on increasing customer engagement by improving navigation, screen layout and aesthetics, and an onboarding solution where customers could learn and interact with new and existing customers.

Site Map

I created a site map to get an inventory of content and to identify areas that will drive user engagement while focusing on usability and community experience.

Visual Design

I worked on the visual design and layout with the goal to simplify and highlight areas that will encourage an inviting experience.

The layout design centered around three primary sections: Getting Started, Discussions, and Knowledge Base.  These sections provided the most opportunity for locating desired information and interacting with others.  A ChiroTouch Community logo was created to help build the ChiroTouch brand.
