At PAREXEL, one of my primary objectives was to design a unified user experience to enhance our brand equity and consistency across a suite of products dedicated to the management of clinical trials.
The suite of
10+ products was suffering from the effects of multiple company acquisitions and disparate product engineering teams, which led to a
confusing and inconsistent user experience
(see figure 1).
I led a small group of talented designers and front-end developers to design and develop a consistent, scalable, responsive solution that would meet the user and business needs across all internal product groups.
